Run a project
Each project runs with npm, Yarn 1, Yarn 4, pnpm or Bun. npm is the reference: npm ci installs exactly what the project's package-lock.json records. The others install from package.json, whose direct dependencies are exact versions, and resolve the rest themselves.
- Open the project
cd games/arrow-untangle - Install
npm ci - Start on
npx expo run:ios
For the catalog, use cd catalog instead; for another game, its folder in games/.
With Yarn 4, add a .yarnrc.yml file containing nodeLinker: node-modules before installing.
Installing runs the project's postinstall script, which copies CanvasKit's canvaskit.wasm into public/ for the web build. iOS and Android run as development builds; the first run builds the native app.
Ask an AI coding tool
Paste this into an AI coding tool opened in the Galvo repository, naming the project:
Run the Galvo project in games/<id> (or catalog) of this repository. Read AGENTS.md and the project's README.md first. Install with the package manager I name, or npm (npm ci) if I name none, without changing any version in package.json. Then start it on the platform I name. If a step fails, show me the error and stop instead of changing dependencies or configuration.
