The Pricing page lists what each plan includes and how much it costs.

Standard and Supporter are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Lifetime provides Supporter access for a single payment, with no renewal. Team licences also provide lifetime Supporter access for a single payment.

When you upgrade from Standard to Supporter, you pay only the prorated price difference.

When purchases become available, checkout will take place on a third-party payment provider's website. The provider will act as the merchant of record for your purchase, process your payment, handle applicable sales tax or value-added tax (VAT) and issue your receipt.

The payment provider's buyer terms govern the transaction. The Licence governs your use of the code, and our Privacy policy explains how we handle your purchase information.

Your plan is delivered through read access to private GitHub repositories, so you need a GitHub account. Standard includes one repository containing the catalog and games. Supporter includes the Standard repository and a second repository with documentation, AI agent skills and additional notes. That repository also includes Cortex: a viewer and searchable data about the catalog and games in your release, made for your AI agent.

After purchase, you provide your GitHub username and we send a repository invitation. Delivery is complete when you accept the invitation. GitHub records the acceptance time.

GitHub invitations expire after 7 days. Email support@galvo.dev for a replacement invitation, or to transfer access if you change your GitHub username or move to another GitHub account.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You can cancel through the payment provider's customer page using the link in your receipt email, or by emailing support@galvo.dev.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access, including repository access, continues until the exact end of your paid billing period. A yearly subscription keeps its full year of access.

When your paid period ends, access to the repositories, updates and new items ends. You can continue using code you received during your subscription, including in new applications, under the Licence.

If you have more than one valid purchase, your access covers the materials included in all of them. An expired subscription does not affect the rights or access from a lifetime purchase.

Your purchase is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not accepted the GitHub repository invitation for that purchase. This applies to subscriptions, lifetime purchases and team licences.

Upgrades to Supporter have the same refund conditions. For an upgrade, delivery is complete when you accept the invitation to the Supporter extras repository.

Once you accept the invitation, the purchase is delivered and is no longer refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Renewal charges are not refundable. To prevent the next renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.

The Licence governs your use of code from a paid plan. Free components are available under the MIT licence published on the Licence page.

If you breach the Licence, it terminates automatically and your repository access ends. You must stop using the code and delete your copies as required by the Licence.

To the extent permitted by law, Galvo plans and materials are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.

We publish changes to these terms on this page and revise the last updated date.
